Join us at Prohibition for a one night only Sake & Sensory experience. Five courses of contemporary Australian cuisine, building through flavour, texture and depth, paired with a lineup of sake chosen to mirror and elevate each moment.
Expect a progression from light and expressive into deeper, more complex flavours, before finishing clean and refreshing. Led by Head Chef John Mu (previously of Vue de monde) and SSA-certified Sake Sommelier William Yang of Sessions Box Hill, this is a guided experience built around precision, balance and flow.
