For one week only, we're celebrating one of winter's most sought-after ingredients with a four-course menu dedicated to fresh-shaved Victorian black truffle.

From silky truffle egg custard and hand-rolled potato gnocchi to free-range chicken ballotine finished with black truffle mousse, every course has been designed to showcase the unmistakable aroma and flavour of fresh truffle. You'll also be welcomed with two canapés on arrival before settling in for the four-course experience.

At just $75 per person, it's a rare opportunity to enjoy a thoughtfully curated truffle menu without the premium price tag.

Truffle Egg Custard (Chawanmushi)
Kombu dashi glaze, celeriac, fresh-shaved black truffle

Course Two
Hand-Rolled Potato Gnocchi
Mixed gourmet mushrooms, porcini, mascarpone, fresh-shaved Victorian black truffle (Veg, GF Option)

Course Three
Free-Range Chicken Ballotine
Black truffle mousse, prosciutto, pumpkin purée, winter brassica, crispy chicken skin, Nebbiolo jus (GF)

Course Four
Dark Chocolate Soufflé
Warm soufflé, malt ice cream, tonka bean anglaise, fresh-shaved truffle (Veg)
